Ditch These 5 Kitchen Staples If You Want Better Energy and Less Bloat

If you’re eating “healthy” but still feel puffy, tired, and bloated AF… it might be time to break up with a few so-called staples.

Let’s clean up your kitchen without turning you into a wellness robot.

kitchen swaps to improve energy

🚫 1. Flavored Coffee Creamers

Loaded with gums, fake sugars, and seed oils that jack up your gut and hormones.

Swap for: full-fat coconut milk, raw cream, or a scoop of collagen + cinnamon. My favorites are natural options like Califa Farms organic coffee creamer.

🚫 2. Protein Bars

If it has 30 ingredients and tastes like birthday cake… it’s probably candy in disguise.

Swap for: hard boiled eggs, jerky, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, or a real meal.

🚫 3. “Low-Fat” Everything

You need fat to feel full, balance hormones, and burn fat. Period.

Swap for: full-fat yogurt, avocado, grass-fed butter, tahini.

🚫 4. Diet Soda & Zero Calorie Drinks

They wreck your gut, fuel cravings, and mess with your hunger cues.

Swap for: lemon water, LMNT, or herbal iced tea with stevia or cut up cucumbers and mint.

🚫 5. Seed Oils (Canola, Soy, “Vegetable” Oil)

Major inflammation trigger. Sneaky bloat culprit.

Swap for: avocado oil, ghee, butter, or olive oil (real kind- not the plastic bottle blend).

Bonus Tip: You don’t need to throw out your whole pantry. Just upgrade a few of the daily basics  and your body will notice fast.
