Get the most from your workout with these dynamic warm-up exercises

I know what you may be thinking, why do I need to workout, before I start my workout?! I know it sounds crazy, but before you jump into a cardio or weight lifting routine, your body needs to be warmed up - literally. That is where a pre-workout, or dynamic warmup, comes in. The exercises are short and meant to increase your body temperature, activate your nervous system and help to increase your flexibility and range of motion. Doing these warm ups will significantly improve the quality of your workout and help prevent future injuries from coming on.
