Some of the Most Common Questions I Get About Reverse Dieting
Reverse Dieting is the process of slowly and methodically increasing caloric intake over time with the goal of improving one’s metabolic capacity.
A Reverse Diet is intended to strengthen the metabolism by increasing how many calories your metabolism can process with the goal of gaining minimal body fat. Instead of decreasing calories like a regular “diet,” you do the reverse and gradually add calories back into your diet.
The process can be intimidating for many people. Since I’ve been focusing on reverse dieting with men and women for the last four years, I often get some of the same questions presented to me. I wanted to share them with you HERE because if you’re someone who is interested in the process, I feel some of your questions might be answered here.
If you have any questions that were not answered here or if you’re interested in learning more about my one on one Reverse dieting program, feel free to reach out to me.
