Strength Training Programming

Individualized strength training that evolves with you. Every four weeks, your strength training routine will be carefully updated to ensure that you continue to progress and avoid plateaus. This way, you'll stay engaged and motivated as you witness your strength steadily increase.

Video Library & Progress Tracker

Instructional exercise videos to ensure you maintain proper form and technique, reducing the risk of injury. Additionally, our integrated progress tracker allows you to monitor your gains, celebrate your achievements, and adjust your goals as needed.

Weekly Check-ins

Through our weekly check-ins, you'll have the opportunity to connect directly with me for support, ask questions, and discuss your progress. I'll offer guidance, motivation, and support to keep you on track and accountable.

Unlimited Text Support

On-going 1:1 support via direct text messaging for accountability and troubleshooting. Forming new habits can be challenging, and I’m with you every step of the way.

Mindful Meditation Prompts

In addition to physical strength, we’ll focus on mental and emotional well-being. Tailored to your needs, this program includes a wealth of meditation guides and offerings to help you manage stress, improve focus, and enhance your overall quality of life. Achieving balance between your mind and body is a key aspect of this challenge.

Plant Medicine Guidance

Optional integrative coaching to enhance emotional wellbeing, work through engrained thought patterns and open up opportunities for deeper healing.
