How Many Hours do You Sit a Day?
Prolonged sitting is common for many 9-to-5 workers. Daily stretching, even for a few minutes, can significantly improve flexibility, alleviate lower back pain, and boost work performance. Increased blood flow improves alertness, reduces fatigue and stress.
Try These Stretches for 5 Minutes a Day!
Set aside five minutes each day, and find some space on the ground to do these stretches. Focus on deep breathing and being intentional with each movement. Go slow and breathe from your belly. Try to do each stretch 2 to 3 rep of 15 each.
