5 Fun Workouts to Try

As summer ends, it's easy to let your workout routine slide.  Incorporating plyometrics into your training can help maintain your fitness levels.  Plyos build strength, increase speed and stamina, and boost fat loss—all while offering a fun alternative to traditional cardio. Try these five exercises, aiming for 10-15 repetitions of each with minimal rest for a high-intensity workout.

Sometimes I like to throw plyometrics into my workouts...Why? 📍Gets the HR up & burns a good amount of calories 📍Helps build strength & endurance 📍Sure beats the hell out of jumping on a treadmill So whether you're trying to cut weight or just want to switch your program up, pick three plyo moves (depending on what you have available) & do 3-4 rounds of 30 seconds to 1 minute max of each move with minimal rest time.
