If you’re looking for a way to gain strength & create definition in your upper body, try doing some traditional moves with DB’s or a barbell- then mix some core stabilizing moves in after as a super set. The mountain climbers and moving plank alone aren’t so tough alone but try adding them to the back end of your heavy shoulder/arms day - you’ll feel the burn in a whole new way.
